Objectives

The 2nd Rural Udyamita 2025 will address key issues in transitioning rural women from livelihood activities to entrepreneurship. It will assess the needs, opportunities, and challenges in integrating digital tools and evaluate existing policies supporting rural women entrepreneurs. The event will also celebrate the best practices and successes in rural women entrepreneurship.

Rural Udyamita

Founded by the Council for Social and Digital Development (CSDD), Digital Empowerment Foundation (DEF), and North East Development Foundation (NEDF), Rural Udyamita was established to address the unique challenges faced by rural women entrepreneurs. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to providing training, resources, and support to help rural women transition from livelihood activities to entrepreneurship.

Digital Udyamita Training Series

An initiative to empower rural, nano, and women entrepreneurs with essential digital skills for business growth. The training will focus on building online presence, digital marketing, digital payments, and cyber-safe business practices. Through hands-on sessions and practical guidance, participants will learn how to take their businesses forward in the digital economy.
